The App allows you to generate and store study materials using AI APIs and your inputs. You are solely responsible for the content you create, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any content generated by the AI or users. It is your responsibility to review and validate all generated content for accuracy and appropriateness.

AI Content

Content generated by AI may include inaccuracies or offensive materials. We do not endorse or assume any liability for content generated by AI. You agree to use the AI functionalities at your own risk and to validate any content produced by the AI.

Community Library Content

The App provides access to a community library where users can browse, save, and use pre-made flashcard decks. Some of this content may be generated by AI, and as such, may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any materials in the community library. By using this content, you agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any information contained in the pre-made flashcard decks, especially for educational or professional purposes. We disclaim any responsibility for any inaccuracies or damages arising from the use of such content.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the App and these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
