Welcome to Cook, the mobile application ("App") and website ("Website") provided by Home Cook Technologies Ltd ("us," "we," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", “Terms of Use”, "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Cook App or Website.

Your access to and use of the Cook Service (referring collectively to the App and Website) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Cook Service.

By accessing or using the Cook Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Cook Service.

Content

The Cook Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make publicly available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that the Content you upload is your own intellectual property, and you will not include anything that Home Cook Technologies Ltd deems as profanity or that violates any third-party rights.

By "profanity," we mean any content that includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, hate speech, explicit or inappropriate images, or any material that may be considered disrespectful or offensive to others.

By uploading Content to the Cook Service, you acknowledge and agree that Home Cook Technologies Ltd has the right to review, monitor, and, at our discretion, remove any Content that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing the user's Content, terminating their user account, and prohibiting them from creating another account, should we find a violation.

We encourage you to share your culinary creations responsibly and respectfully within our community.

The Cook Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Home Cook Technologies Ltd.

Home Cook Technologies Ltd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Home Cook Technologies Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
