The App allows you to create and share designs based on quotes from public figures. You are solely responsible for the content you create, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We do not take responsibility for the content you create or share, and you agree that all designs you create are your own. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the quotes and the designs you create comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Public Figures and Quotes

We do not represent, endorse, or have any affiliation with the public figures whose quotes are used within the App. The quotes provided are for creative use only, and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events, is purely coincidental. We do not guarantee the accuracy or attribution of the quotes and you agree to use this feature at your own risk.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the App and these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm us, other users, or the public figures quoted, such as defamatory use of quotes or designs.
